Usually, even square in the middle of summer, it's pretty easy to fill this brief segment and corresponding links.
But, today, today is a slow day.
So, let me ask you a question: which team do you feel has most improved this off-season?
Personally, I would have to give a very strong nod to the Carolina Hurricanes.

What about Minnesota Wild, they have to be somewhere on top of the list too.
I wouldn't say most improved, but I loved Detroit at the draft. Martin Frk and Anreas Athanasiou are both prospects who will surprise big-time. I'm also a big fan of their addition of Tootoo.

I suppose the Wild do have to be on the list, but when it comes to making a big splash, I like the wait-and-see approach. Too many times have teams loaded up only to have it backfire.
@Amos
Perhaps Detroit did do well at the draft table - when don't they. But losing Lidstrom, Stuart and Hudler is going to hurt.
