NHL & NHLPA ANNOUNCE FRAMEWORK FOR THE NEW CBA

NHL & NHLPA reach a tentative agreement on framework of the a new CBA, after a marathon 16 hours negotiating session , the sides announced an agreement in principle shortly after 6 am Sunday.
