Canaidens News, Halak, Bulldogs, Gallagher and More

Aaron Palushaj - Montreal Canadiens v Philadelphia Flyers
Morning puck fans.

While the Canadiens are patiently waiting for the return of Jaroslav Halak, many of the team's prospects have been lighting things up elsewhere.

The Bulldogs have started making some noise in the AHL, winning three straight games and six out of their last eight.

Andreas Enqgivst and Aaron Palushaj, who did not exactly set the NHL afire, are proving to be a potent duo for Clement Jodoin.

In last night's win over Oklahoma City, Engqvist had two goals while Palushaj chipped in two assists of his own.

Nonetheless, the weekend's most impressive performance undoubtedly goes to Brendan Gallagher, who had seven points - three goals and four assists - in the Vancouver Giants' win over the Portland Winterhawks.

Oh, and it just so happened that Guy Lafleur was at the game.
