Palushaj Signs, Mueller, Plekanec, Gragnani and More

Aaron Palushaj - Boston Bruins v Montreal Canadiens
Good late AM!

As is typical this time of year, the flurry of signings has considerably died down and, presently, mostly depth or minor moves arise on the news wire.

For example, the Montreal Canadiens signed Aaron Palushaj today.

Terribly exciting, I know.

In any case, in reading Ian Epslen's blog at Hockeybuzz, a question occurred to me: should the Habs sign Peter Mueller?

Epslen certainly believes the Canucks should. What about you?

Updated 3:00 PM: Big oops on my part. Turns out Mueller signed last night with the Panthers, something I did not realize until later today. There goes my daily brain cramp allowance.

Louis' Note: Plekanec says training camp will be like joining a new team. Really? A bit of hyperbole perhaps.

Louis' Note: I love this. Two players from completely atypical hockey markets — Australia and Italy. Just shows how the game continues to grow.
